Non-Smoking Hotel

All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. Our non-smoking policy is strictly enforced. A $400 cleaning fee for smoking of any kind in the room will be charged to any registered guest, nonobservant with this non-smoking policy. 

Valet Parking

On-site, 24-hour valet parking is available for guests of THE US GRANT for a fee of $49 per night with unlimited in and out privileges. 

Pet Policy

THE US GRANT allows pets weighing 35lbs or less.  Upon check-in, a non-refundable Pet Fee of $150 per stay and per room or suite in which a pet will be occupied will be applied. 

Guests traveling with pets are also required to sign a liability waiver at check-in, and owners will be held responsible for any damages, additional cleaning bills, and compensation to any other guests as caused by your pet.

We kindly ask that guests observe the following regulations when traveling with their pets: 

  • To keep the pet with the owner or a designated individual at all times.  Pets may not be left unattended in guest rooms or suites. 
  • To prevent noise or any other disturbance by pets
  • Should a disturbance occur, the owner will make arrangements for the pet to be housed elsewhere at the request of management
  • To be present while any associate of the hotel, such as housekeeping or engineering, is in your guest room or suite
  • To schedule daily housekeeping service at a time when you and your pet will be outside of the guest room or suite
  • To keep your pet on a leash or in a carrier while in all public areas of the hotel
  • To keep your pet out of the fitness center, restaurant and bar
  • To pay any additional cleaning bills, repairs or compensation should they be required and authorize the hotel to charge my credit card for such charges, even if they are discovered after departure
  • To utilize the door tag issued by the hotel, visible at your door at all times during your stay to indicate that a pet is in the room
